I make my steak nachos exactly once a year, for Super Bowl Sunday. They are always popular and they're the reason that one of my friends made an hour drive down to my Super Bowl party just for the nachos.
In the recipe I list that you can use your preferred steak seasoning. I like to use either a chipotle seasoning or a bourbon flavored seasoning. I feel that they work well with the other flavors in the nachos.
You can also use diced tomatoes that have garlic or jalapeno peppers added to them if you prefer spicier nachos.
If you're making more than one pan of this at a time then you need to make sure that you only have one pan in at a time or else the layer of the nachos farthest from the heat source won't cook fully.
