This recipe tries to straddle the line between the delicious ranch taste with the healthiness of chicken and vegetables. It even gives you the option to add a little cheese if you're feeling indulgent.
Even if you use mayo and cheese, you're still looking at less than 200 calories for the main portion of your meal. Throw in a little brown rice and some spinach or green beans and you're well under 300 calories for a filling dinner.
